The Delaware Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Template supplies users with a set format to present a contract of terms regarding how Trade Secrets should be treated. When two or more entities enter a working or professional relationship each will undoubtedly be privy to information about the other’s business practices, behavior, and information not normally considered public information.
