The South Dakota Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Template solidifies the intent of all signature parties to maintain discretion with a business’ Trade Secret. The business using this contract to obtain such a promise will be rewarded with a clear-cut declaration of its expectations regarding the signature party’s behavior with information considered confidential by the user.
This agreement’s language, definitions, and conditions conform with all existing South Dakota statutes on the subject (Chapter 37-29).
