The Alaska non-disclosure agreement is a contract designated for employers and independent contractors to allow them to work while giving protection to the employer that any information provided is confidential. Also known as “proprietary information”, if there are any trade secrets or information that gives a business an advantage over the competition, this agreement will offer protection from the details reaching a third (3rd) party without monetary damages to the releasor.
